1、进行凹槽施工斗线

2、进行粘贴美条线

在墨斗的十字中间进行固定件安装，进行美条线粘贴。


用同等宽度美纹纸保护铝合金槽，方便后期施工。

3、水泥砂浆找平&批刮复合胶泥


先批刮细砂水泥浆料，每道批刮厚度不超过0.3cm。
再批刮复合胶泥，可结合抗裂纤维网格布进行施工。

4、外墙腻子粉施工



腻子粉搅拌时，必须要有一个熟化的过程，让腻子粉充分水化。

5、进行多次打麿

这时候我们需要对腻子粉进行打磨，不能出现平面不凹凸；在进行冲水打麿，可提升腻子强度及附着力，这样的工艺可以进行多次。

6、进行封闭

采用封闭清进行兑水30%对墙面滚涂，这样保障了其渗透功能，这里的施工对于漂亮是非重要的。

7、底涂施工

底涂采用滚涂或喷涂，不可加水。第一道底涂施工，要求滚涂均匀到位，不留挂，不漏涂。然后再进行第二道施工。

8、中涂施工

注意凹槽施工的地方，施工工艺工具上有有说到，中涂采用喷涂。

• 第一道进行厚喷、满喷，但不可流挂，注意喷枪的气压控制。
• 第二道中涂施工，以薄喷方式进行。

（注意：施工完全干燥以后，用砂纸进行经节上的打磨，会让墙面看起来效果更好。）

9、面油施工

美线凹槽的地方别覆盖了，中涂干燥后，再进行面油施工。面油采用喷涂或滚涂方式进行施工。注意均匀度控制，不漏涂不留挂，避免阴阳面的产生，引起光泽度不一致。随后再进行第二道面油施工。
