It is a kind of adhesive with better comprehensive properties than traditional polyvinyl acetate emulsion.
 
Scope of use:
1. Cold and hot pressing splicing, finger joint and laminating of wood, as well as bonding of wood board and veneer, suitable for thickening and widening of solid wood door panel, furniture assembling and wood profile processing;
2, as decoration, ceramics, fiber materials, joinery board, particle board and other material adhesive
3. High-grade wireless printing, bamboo and wood crafts assembly, etc.
 
Usage:

1. Wood moisture content should be controlled in 8%-15%, otherwise affect bonding effect.
2. Wood surface treatment, wood surface is flat, no oil, dust and other debris.
3. The glue coating should be uniform, the glue coating should be appropriate, the bonding surface must be fully contact.
4. Can be room temperature, can also be heated curing, the highest temperature should not exceed 120℃. Curing time varies with drying temperature and can be determined according to requirements.
5. The pressure should be enough and uniform when pressurizing. The pressurizing time in summer should be more than 2.5 hours, and the pressurizing time in winter should be more than 4 hours. After pressure relief, it is placed for 24 hours before processing, and can be tested after 72 hours.
6. Can be mixed with some resins to improve the properties of glue; It can be used with curing agent to shorten curing time. All the above should be tested first to ensure that no adverse reactions can be mixed use.

 
Notes:

1. This product is suitable for bonding porous materials, not metal and other materials.
2. The product must be stored at 5-40℃.
3. According to different use requirements, can be appropriately diluted with water use.
4. If the product is frozen, it can be put in hot water to rise to 25-35℃, and then used after thawing.
